How will I know how much I would be paid if I completed a study?
When you are invited to participate in a study, the incentive payment amount will be identified within each e-mail invitation. Payments will be issued to all who meet the criteria of a study and who fully complete the survey or interview.
What are the payment options currently offered?
For any incentives less than $150, you will have three options
- Visa Digital Reward Card or
- Visa Physical Reward Card (mailed to you)
- Digital Gift Card from Amazon
For any incentives $150 or more, you will have four options
- Visa Digital Reward Card
- Visa Physical Reward Card (mailed to you)
- Digital Gift Card from Amazon
- Bank deposit via ACH (Automated Clearing House, aka Direct Deposit)
Incentives are usually paid within two to three weeks after study completion.
What is the redemption process and how long does it take?
The email will contain a “Redeem” button that, when clicked, will take you to the Tremendous Rewards website. There you will be able to choose your incentive payment option.
- If you choose a Digital Card (Visa or Amazon), you will receive a second email containing your virtual reward. That email will be sent within a few minutes of your redemption.
- If you choose a Physical (mailed) Visa Card or ACH Direct Bank Deposit, you will be redirected to a page where you can submit your address or banking information. Please allow 5-10 days for mailed rewards and 2-4 days for bank transactions.

Please include the study reference number and your name in the message. A member of the Reckner’s services team will respond to your inquiry by phone or email within 48 hours.
