How will I know how much I would be paid if I completed a study?

When you are invited to participate in a study, the incentive payment amount will be identified within each e-mail invitation. Payments will be issued to all who meet the criteria of a study and who fully complete the survey or interview.

What are the payment options currently offered?

For any incentives less than $150, you will have three options

  1. Visa Digital Reward Card or
  2. Visa Physical Reward Card (mailed to you)
  3. Digital Gift Card from Amazon

For any incentives $150 or more, you will have four options

  1. Visa Digital Reward Card
  2. Visa Physical Reward Card (mailed to you)
  3. Digital Gift Card from Amazon
  4. Bank deposit via ACH (Automated Clearing House, aka Direct Deposit)

Incentives are usually paid within two to three weeks after study completion.

What is the redemption process and how long does it take?

The email will contain a “Redeem” button that, when clicked, will take you to the Tremendous Rewards website. There you will be able to choose your incentive payment option.

  • If you choose a Digital Card (Visa or Amazon), you will receive a second email containing your virtual reward. That email will be sent within a few minutes of your redemption.
  • If you choose a Physical (mailed) Visa Card or ACH Direct Bank Deposit, you will be redirected to a page where you can submit your address or banking information. Please allow 5-10 days for mailed rewards and 2-4 days for bank transactions.

What if I need assistance?

For questions regarding incentives earned, please send an email to support@reckner.com.

Please include the study reference number and your name in the message. A member of the Reckner’s services team will respond to your inquiry by phone or email within 48 hours.

What we Do

Reckner is a respected market research company that has been in business for more than 28 years. We conduct market research studies for healthcare, pharmaceutical, and medical device organizations.

When we are contracted to conduct a study, we reach out to members of our Panel we believe match the study’s criteria. We let you know what the survey is, about how long it will take, and how much you will be compensated for completing it. The first step generally always involves a screener questionnaire to further determine if you match with the specific criteria of the study.

If you meet the criteria and complete the survey or interview, you will be compensated for your time. Once the study is concluded, we send out Visa debit cards (electronic or mailed card) within two to three weeks, one of the fastest turnarounds in the business.

How to Get Started

The first step is to complete a simple sign-up form on our website. We only ask for your name, address, phone number, email address, profession, year of license/certification, and NPI number. It’s that simple. Once you are registered for the Panel, you will be invited to participate in online surveys or interviews that match your field and experience.

Answers to Commonly Asked Questions

  • It’s free to join the panel. You receive an honorarium in the form of a Visa Debit Card when you complete a study.
  • Your information is protected. Reckner will not share your personal information to any third party or client. Your information is used solely to contact you and send your honoraria.
  • Participation in each study is voluntary. You may choose to accept or not accept an invitation at any time.
  • Our healthcare studies are conducted online or you may be invited to participate in a telephone interview with a researcher or in a focus group (where you visit a central location and share your ideas in a group).
